Rhino & Operations was born out of a simple observation: HOA boards and property managers were spending too much time coordinating with a patchwork of contractors. One vendor for landscaping, another for pool care, a third for concrete work, and so on. The result was inconsistent quality, communication breakdowns, and rising costs.
With deep roots in landscape design and construction across Arizona's East Valley — serving Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and Queen Creek — our team recognized the opportunity to build something better.
